Refund policy
First and foremost, please understand that these items are custom made. My current turn around time is approximately 8-10 weeks, but this can change at any time. I am having major surgery in April and will have to take some time off, so this has extended the wait time. I post updates to Facebook and TikTok almost weekly regarding turn around times. You can choose to open ring bombs at home if you would like, and those will get shipped within 1 week if so. If you are ordering just oysters to open at home, or premade jewelry, we will get those shipped within a week as well.
Any items that require an oyster opening or a bomb cannot be refunded! Once an order is placed and your items have been revealed, there will be no returns or refunds. Please read descriptions carefully for sizing descriptions. If you choose to open oysters at home, you agree that you will wear gloves, and that no refunds or exchanges will be given for any discolored or poorly shaped pearl, or if the oyster does not contain a pearl. (This is VERY RARE) (We cannot ship unopened oysters outside of the USA) If you choose to open bombs at home, you agree that no refunds or exchanges will be made once the bomb is fizzed. You also agree that you understand that these are not bath bombs and are not meant to be used in the bath.
Once the item has left our possession and in possession of USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for the package. We do insure all packages, so if your package goes missing in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us via email and we will start an insurance claim. If there is damage, we will need to submit photos of the packaging and also of the damaged item so please send photos as well.
*Druzy items can be returned for a refund if you are not pleased with your purchase, as they do not require a pearl opening or setting.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if this applies by emailing info@shoproselee.com
All jewelry that requires me to set the pearl will have a 30 day warranty. Please take care of your pearls. Your pearl jewelry should be the last item you put on and the first item you take off. Do not wear your pearls while spraying hairspray or perfume, and remove rings before washing your hands. Do not wear your jewelry in the shower.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
