This cage is sterling silver and it comes with a baby oyster opening! This cage does not hold regular rounds and rice. It will hold several baby pearls.

Or, if you prefer, you can open your oyster at home since this is a cage and doesn't require me to mount the pearl. You MUST state open at home in your order notes! If you're in the USA, you will be sent an oyster to open. I unfortunately cannot send oysters outside of the USA and I don't have baby pearl bombs for you to fizz, so if ordering outside the USA, I will have to open your oyster for you.
